Marc Kutter is the Managing Partner and Founder of Dietrich Partners, Inc. (founded in 2004). The company is focused on growing a select set of portfolio companies with differentiating IP through strategic planning, leveraging valuable business connections, investing capital, and/or providing rigorous business planning.

Marc has led companies in the employee benefits and financial services industries as an executive in various strategy, business development, and operational roles ranging in size from early-stage start-ups to large corporations.

In addition, Marc proudly served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, serving in the 10th Mountain Division and the 82nd Airborne Division in the Middle East, Central America, and the Balkans. Marc earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.

Marc also serves on several boards for early-stage companies mentoring entrepreneurs and giving back to the community by working with several non-profit organizations.
