Marc D. Kutter

Managing Partner

Marc Kutter is the Managing Partner and Founder of Dietrich Partners, Inc. (founded in 2004). The company is focused on growing a select set of portfolio companies with differentiating IP through strategic planning, leveraging valuable business connections, investing capital, and/or providing rigorous business planning.
Marc has led companies in the employee benefits and financial services industries as an executive in various strategy, business development, and operational roles ranging in size from early stage start-ups to large corporations.
In addition, Marc proudly served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, serving in the 10th Mountain Division and the 82nd Airborne Division in the Middle East, Central America, and the Balkans. Marc earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.
Marc also serves on several boards for early stage companies mentoring entrepreneurs and giving back to the community by working with several non-profit organizations.

Mark H. Hufham

Managing Partner

Mark has 35 years of marketing/advertising experience, serving as CMO of an Atlanta based marketing firm serving a broad range of industries, with specialties in technology, finance, travel & hospitality and healthcare.  Mark lead development of marketing/creative strategies for numerous Fortune 1000 companies, including: Andersen Consulting, GE, Compaq, Nortel Networks, Motorola, Hitachi, Hewlett-Packard, Rockwell International, Atlanta Financial Resources, Yum Brands and many others.Mark has held senior leadership roles in more than a dozen startup ventures where he has built and executed business development strategies, assembled management teams and coordinated operations, including product, brand and channel development through comprehensive marketing programs; market research and competitive analysis, content creation through plan development and implementation.


Paul Harvey


Paul has led companies in insurance and managed care for over 30 years.  Nine years as a CEO and operating board member.  Eleven years as President.  Acknowledged record of achieving revenue, EBITA and growth objectives.  Explicit Understanding of critical business drivers, ability to articulate the mission and execute the mission.  Recognized for inspiring and developing trust in others under difficult circumstances. 

Paul has significant experience with business plan development, strategic planning, marketing, P&L, business development, operations, prospect and investor presentation development.  He is an expert in employer plan administration and compliance.

In addition, Paul served as a U.S. Army Aviator.  He is Airborne Ranger qualified.  Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY.    


James Breen


Jamie Breen is an Investment Management Expert with over thirty years experience in investment management, business management and consulting. He has created, marketed and managed successful investment programs for large institutions and individual investors which have attracted billions in assets under management; and has provided consulting services to many large (Fortune 500) Pension Funds and Endowment Funds with aggregate assets in the hundreds of billions. Key skills include product development, portfolio management, channel development and client relationship management.

Prior to joining Dietrich Partners Jamie led the ERISA effort for Horizon Investments, LLC, a multibillion dollar third party investment manager. Before Horizon, Jamie was Co Founder and President of Breen Financial Corporation, a pioneering developer of ETF Asset Allocation Strategies. Before founding Breen Financial, Jamie was Senior Vice President at LCG Associates, an Atlanta-based pension consulting firm, where he serviced over $10 billion in institutional client assets. He was also a Senior Vice President at Disciplined Investment Advisors, an institutional equity manager with over $2 billion in assets.

Mr. Breen has helped develop curricula and lectured on pension fund management for the Kellogg Graduate School’s Continuing Executive Education Programs, and has published articles on a variety of quantitative investment subjects. Mr. Breen received a BS from Northwestern University and MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.


James R. Morrow, M.D.


Dr. Morrow was the first physician to practice on the Northside Hospital Forsyth campus in Cumming, Georgia. Opening the practice in November 1998, his practice quickly became a "go-to" practice for Forsyth County residents.

Dr. Morrow graduated from Clemson University and the University of South Carolina School Of Medicine. A 2004 winner of the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society's (HIMSS) Davies Award for Excellence in EMR Implementation, he was also recognized as the 2006 Physician IT Leader of the Year by HIMSS. In 2014 Jim was named Community Leader of the Year by the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and the Entrepreneur of the Year by the Cumming-Forsyth Chamber. His practice, Morrow Family Medicine, was named a "Top 25 Place to Work in Atlanta" in 2014 and also was named "Best of Forsyth" in 2015.

He served four years as a commissioner on the Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology (CCHIT). Dr. Morrow serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Health Information Exchange (GHIE) and is a member of the Advisory Board for Health for the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG-Health) as well as for iHIT, The Institute for Health IT, a think-tank based in Atlanta.

He has served as team doctor for various high schools in his many years of practice and currently is the team physician at North Forsyth High School in Cumming.

In 2013, Dr. Morrow and his wife Peggie founded the Forsyth BYOT Benefit, a charity to raise money to support BYOT, the Forsyth County schools technology initiative.


Deyan Stojanovich


Deyan Stojanovich is an expert in financial services branding, marketing and distribution with over twenty-five years of industry experience. He has created, marketed and managed successful programs for large institutions, investment management firms, broker dealers, qualified plan providers and individual advisors which have attracted billions in assets; and has provided consulting services to many diverse financial institutions. His unique perspective and problem-solving abilities have allowed him to help companies create a differentiated presence in the marketplace. Key skills include branding and imaging, product development, channel development and client relationship management.

Prior to joining Dietrich Partners Deyan founded Benefit Solutions Corporation, one of the industry’s first qualified plan recordkeeping platforms that allowed for third party investment managers. Deyan started his professional career as a successful financial advisor earning many distinguished awards for his sales production following a collegiate basketball career that was cut short due to a knee injury. Deyan serves as an advisor to several corporations in various fields and has several issued and pending patents to his credit.
